Go-Green Plaza is a state of the art 8,132 square foot retail center. Completed in August 2006, Go-Green is a LEED Registered project with the United States Green Council for energy conservation.

DETAILED PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Building Size: The building is 8,244 square feet, with 8,160 rentable square feet.

Site Description: The site is situated on 0.69 ac.

Parking: There are 36 total parking spaces. Parking is asphalt paved with cement curbing. There is a parking connection with mutual easement and a non-exclusive mutually shared parking arrangement.

Construction: The structure is a pre-engineered building designed and fabricated by the Butler Manufacturing Company. The building is constructed of steel and masonry.

Brick: The brick is Redland Brick, ASTM C216, Grade SW, type FBA-Special.

Foundation: The foundation is poured concrete slab with structural steel with masonry and concrete encasement framing.

Roof: The roof is an Energy Star compliant Bulter Manufacturing, Cool MR-24 Metal Roof System, with reflectance value of 0.68.

HVAC: The building is serviced by four, six ton Carrier Centurion 48 PG Ultra High Efficiency single package gas heating/electric cooling commercial roof top units with Puron-R410A refrigerant. Each unit has a certified cooling of SEERs up to 14.1, EERs up to 12.5 and IPLVs up to 13.3. Certified gas heating efficiencies are 82%.

Fire Protection / Life Safety: Fire protection and life safety provided throughout with an automatic wet sprinkler system, smoke detectors, duct detectors, manual stations, sprinkler water flow and valve supervisory sprinkler switches. The fire alarm panel is monitored 24 hours.

Electrical System: 800 amp, 120/208 V electrical service for the building is provided by underground service with lightening surge protection and 800 amp disconnect.

Windows: The Windows and doors are Solexia thermal low ‘E’ (surf #3) with aluminum frames.
